The Gasanryu "Ura" series is only available at a limited number of liquor stores, even among those that are specially authorized.
It is carefully brewed at low temperatures, similar to ginjo-shu.

Made with Yamadanishiki, the king of sake rice.
A moderate ginjo aroma and fruity flavor spread through the mouth.
You can also feel the delicate umami of the rice and a pleasant acidity, making it a junmai sake suitable for pairing with food, with a restrained flashiness.
