This premium version of Kurayoshi Distillery's in-house distilled gin "Shirato" uses nine types of botanicals , mainly pears, a specialty of Tottori Prefecture , and is made even more fragrant by adding five types of premium botanicals.

The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits is combined with the sweetness of pear and the spicy flavors of black pepper and Japanese pepper. It has a complex flavor with a spicy and sweet taste and a refreshing aftertaste.
It has a different taste than any gin I've had before.
