Made with Nakate Shinsenbon rice from Hiroshima Prefecture, polished to 80%, and Hiroshima Reiwa No. 1 yeast.
Stored in bottles and aged in refrigeration from spring to summer.

A subtle ginjo aroma reminiscent of green banana and melon.
While having a mellow umami, it leaves a refreshing aftertaste.

It pairs well with any meal, but is especially excellent with grilled fish or tofu topped with ginger.
Enjoy it at your preferred temperature, from chilled to warm.
