Buyu's popular "I Love You" series previously released three items using Yamada Nishiki: direct-fill, pasteurized, and cloudy. This year, the series has been revamped to change the rice used for each item according to the season.
This fourth installment is a pasteurized type using Gin no Sato rice.

The aroma is primarily green banana and lychee, with notes of melon and white grape.
While the carbonation is subdued, the acidity that spreads the moment it enters your mouth accentuates its juiciness, and the sweetness reminiscent of apple nectar and Asian pear expands before fading away with the acidity.
