Until last year, this sake was pasteurized once, but it has been renewed as an unfiltered, unpasteurized, undiluted sake, freshly pressed.
By also changing the yeast to Kyokai Ka8 yeast, it produces a fruity taste without any unpleasantness, and the sake quality is less likely to degrade even with aging.

It has a fruity aroma reminiscent of white peach and a fresh taste.
The inherent gentle sweetness and umami of the rice, along with a moderate bitterness and acidity, are harmoniously balanced.
