From Kankiku Meijo, a popular brewery in Chiba, comes a completely new, limited-edition sparkling sake, "Denshokiku 39 -Luminous Emblem- 2026," which is the next chapter of the popular brand "Denshokiku" released every autumn.
"Denshokiku" and the specifications of "39 -Special Thanks-" are combined to create a special bottle released only once a year.
It expresses a unique presence with the theme of "the shining emblem" that brilliantly illuminates the humid twilight of early summer.
Hyogo-prefecture-grown Yamada Nishiki rice is used, with a polishing ratio of 39% to express gratitude.
Careful secondary fermentation thoroughly dissolves natural gas, achieving a fine and beautiful sparkling sensation.
It features a transparent, high-quality umami and delicate, smooth bubbles.
While retaining the fresh and vibrant characteristics of the "Denshokiku" series, this is a refined, higher-grade finish of the standard product.
