This special sake was previously held back from release as it did not meet expectations.
After pressing, the sake is pasteurized in the bottle and aged for over six months to mellow it, resulting in a sake that is both full-bodied and refreshingly light.
This sake can be enjoyed as a food-pairing sake, served chilled or at room temperature.
