Fresh Nankou ume are steeped in umeshu, and then domestic strawberry juice is added.

All strawberries used are domestically sourced.
To achieve the perfect balance with the umeshu, several carefully selected varieties such as "Amaou" and "Marihime" are blended.
Using freshly squeezed strawberry juice results in an even juicier flavor.
