This is a different brewing process using Daiginjo yeast, which is different from the usual Haginotsuru sake.
This is a fresh, limited edition summer sake that has been quickly bottle-warmed and pasteurized once , giving it a gorgeous aroma and moderate sweetness, with a slight hint of carbon dioxide.

The sake is made using 100% Miyamanishiki sake rice, which Hagino Sake Brewery is particularly good at.
With its sharp taste and crisp aftertaste, it is recommended as a cold drink in the summer.

Until last year, the label featured cats enjoying a vacation mood by hanging posters of the sea in their rooms due to the coronavirus pandemic, but this year's label features cats enjoying a vacation at the sea!
