Made with 100% domestic rice from Hekinan, Mikawa, a region with over 200 years of history as a mirin producing area, this mirin contains no added sugars or other additives.
This authentic mirin is traditionally handcrafted and aged for three years before being raw-packed.

Unlike shochu-based mirin, this mirin uses a brewing alcohol base, so it naturally lacks the distinct aroma of shochu and enhances the natural flavor of ingredients.
It contains no added sugar, allowing you to taste the inherent sweetness of mirin, which comes from the saccharification of rice.
