Natan Winery is an extremely small winery run by female winemaker Ms. Namika Inoshita.
She worked as a sommelier, but wanting to learn more about wine, she chose the path of wine production and started making wine in Tokushima Prefecture in 2021.

Natan Winery's wines are "additive-free," "unfined," and "unfiltered," with very little or no sulfites added.
Based on the principle of bringing out the individuality of each grape, the winery's motto is to bring out flavors through environmental resources such as temperature and gas, without relying on additives.
They produce natural wines that allow you to taste the ingredients as they are.
