"Red Comet" is made using 100% contract-grown Comet rice and is a select variety that is released only when a particularly high-quality Comet sake is produced.

It has an elegant fruity aroma and sweetness, and a smooth texture reminiscent of powdered snow.
It has a minerality reminiscent of a comet and a lingering sweetness typical of Ozeyuki.
