Starting this season, we will be using 100% Hyogo Nishiki rice from Hyogo Prefecture.
The mild flavor, brewed through long-term fermentation at low temperatures, and the fresh, refreshing taste are bottled as is.
You can enjoy the melon-like fruity aroma that is characteristic of Masayuki and the smooth taste that is unique to unpasteurized sake.
