We carefully cultivate grapes and use our imagination to produce wine in 720ml bottles. However, since issho-bin wine is a culture of Yamanashi, we intend to continue producing it as long as possible. We hope that those who are attracted to this background will enjoy our wine.
Finally, while there are issho-bin wines on the market that use bulk (mass-produced imported wine) or must (imported concentrated juice) to reduce costs, our wine is a pure local sake made solely from grapes grown by local farmers. Please refrain from purchasing if you are simply looking for cheap wine in an issho-bin.
