By using a generous amount of fully ripe Nankou plums, we have been able to bring out a fragrant acidity that is unimaginable from any other plum wine.

This plum liqueur has a subtle sweetness and an exquisite balance of acidity, aroma, and umami, making it a satisfying drink with a rich, dry plum extract.

In hot weather, it is best served ice-chilled in the refrigerator, served straight, on the rocks with plenty of ice, or as an aperitif.
