・What is Chonan-sui Kokuyosui (Ultra-soft Kokuyo Water)? "Kokuyosui" is drawn from the Utsukushigahara mountain range in central Shinshu. Filtered through black obsidian bedrock, a natural ceramic formed by ancient volcanic activity, it becomes ultra-soft water with very low mineral content. A characteristic of this Kokuyosui is its ability to bring out the true aroma and flavor of ingredients.
