Umenoyado Umeshu

A standard umeshu where the aroma and taste of Yoshino plums blend into Umenoyado's sake.

This umeshu is made with plums from local Nishiyoshino and sake brewed by the sake brewery itself.
Using both unripe and ripe plums, the aroma and flavor of approximately 15 plums are condensed into each 1800ml bottle.

The umeshu is a blend of 3-year aged umeshu, resulting in a refined and light-bodied umeshu with the rich flavor unique to sake, blended with the aroma and refreshing taste of plums.
Enjoy it chilled, straight, or on the rocks. In the cold winter, it can also be enjoyed hot.
