"Yamakawa Mitsuo" was created by combining the names of four influential breweries in Yamagata Prefecture: "Yama" from Yamagata Masamune, "Kawa" from Tatenokawa, "Hikari" from Toko, and "O" from Uyo Otoko. This is a collaborative product from these four breweries.
To commemorate the 10th anniversary of this collaborative product, a limited edition Kijoshu made from the sake of these four breweries has been released.
Kijoshu is a luxurious sake that uses sake instead of brewing water.
The inclusion of a Yamakawa Mitsuo sticker is also a delight for fans.

Thanks to everyone's warm support, Mitsuo-san has reached his 10th anniversary.
He is dancing the "Hanagasa Ondo," a famous Yamagata folk dance, on top of a portable shrine. His overflowing joy is palpable.
As a celebration, Mitsuo-san has brewed a Kijoshu using sake that is 4 years old.
Kijoshu is a luxurious and sweet sake that uses sake instead of brewing water.
