This is a limited edition imo shochu, released once a year, carefully crafted over time and effort using Anno Imo sweet potatoes from Tanegashima.

It is made with Anno Imo sweet potatoes, known for their rich sweetness and familiar as roasted sweet potatoes, and based on genshu (undiluted shochu) aged for over 3 years.
Upon tasting, the strong sweetness of the Anno Imo spreads, followed by the powerful and crisp taste characteristic of "Imo Shochu Mogura".
Thanks to its aging, it has a mellow, rounded taste, making it a noble, soft, and delightful limited edition imo shochu.

The potato genshu, carefully cherished and aged over time, is now pleading to be released to the world.
It is richly sweet and magnificently aged.
This is made from Tanegashima Anno Imo and distilled under normal pressure.
Perhaps it is time for it to be presented to the people.
