Rather than producing high-alcohol原酒 (genshu, undiluted sake), we have created a moderately drinkable product with a flavor akin to原酒 (genshu, undiluted sake) without adding a single drop of water.

By using wine yeast, we achieve a rich barley aroma and a soft mouthfeel.

It is a full-bodied yet mellow barley shochu with a rich, authentic barley flavor and excellent drinkability.
