The raw sake made using Golden Senkan sake is aged in earthenware pots for over three years.
This is a sweet potato shochu with deep flavor, sweetness, and aroma.
The slow aging process brings out the full flavor, resulting in a mellow, flavorful potato shochu.

We still use the same brewing jars that were used when we first opened our store, and thanks to the yeast in our brewery, we have been able to continue to preserve the tradition of old-fashioned handmade shochu.
It really makes you realize that our brewery has been a part of Kaida's history.
Marunishi Shuzo will continue to strive to create delicious shochu.
It is our sincere hope that our brewery will be able to contribute to the development of our hometown, Shibushi, through shochu production.
