This limited edition product, the first in 22 years, was created with the desire to be enjoyed chilled, on the rocks or with soda, during the hot season. It is designed with a 7:3 ratio of reduced-pressure to atmospheric distillation, offering a very light and refreshing fruity barley sensation.
It has a very clear and light first impression.
The refreshing and fruity barley aroma is gorgeously fragrant, and the gentle umami with a fruity feel from the middle to the end is impressive.
By increasing the reduced-pressure distillation ratio, this is a highly recommended sake for the hot season, with enhanced aroma and sweetness.
