A crisp, dry Koshu characterized by floral aromas
Free-run juice from Koshu grapes was fermented after débourbage using AWRI Rosa yeast, which produces rose-like aromas.
In addition to citrus fruits such as lemon and kabosu, characteristic of the Koshu variety, it features floral aromas reminiscent of honeysuckle and a hint of rose.
On the palate, fresh acidity leads to a light finish.
