The rice is made from medium-sized Shinsenbon rice grown in Hiroshima Prefecture, polished to 80%, and uses Hiroshima Reiwai No. 1 yeast.
It is aged in bottles in cold storage from spring to summer.
A calm ginjo aroma reminiscent of green bananas and melon.
It has a mellow flavor but a clean aftertaste.
It goes well with any food, but it is especially good with grilled fish and tofu topped with ginger.
Enjoy it at your preferred temperature, from cold to hot.
