This barley shochu is made with an unprecedented idea and is suitable for connoisseurs.
Uses traditional black koji that brings out the flavor of the barley. The raw materials used are special barley that brings out the aroma and naked barley that creates a wild taste.
The aroma is reminiscent of barley chocolate or barley tea, and the taste is mellow, but then the bitter barley flavor fills your mouth.
We use Oimatsu Sake Brewery's fermentation technology, which uses two types of raw materials ( barley and bare barley ) to create a unique aroma and taste due to the decomposition and extraction power of black koji.
In addition, we are particular about distillation, devising a special pressure distillation method for ``koge'' that brings out a warm, burnt flavor from the uniquely aromatic moromi.
