 [Oshima Barley Shochu]

 This barley shochu is made by distilling at normal pressure, cooling the raw liquor to -5 degrees, filtering it again, and then aging it slowly for a long period of time.
 It has a slightly sweet aroma of barley, and when you put it in your mouth you can taste the aroma and subtle sweetness of the barley, with the richness of roasted barley lingering in the aftertaste.
 Perhaps because the raw liquor is cooled, filtered, and then aged, this is a heavy type of liquor, but it is not impurity or harsh, and has a crisp finish that allows you to feel the original aroma and flavor of the barley.
 You can enjoy it any way you like, from on the rocks to mixing it with hot water!
