The ultimate winemaking that expresses the rich nature of the Yatsugatake Mountains

This dry rosé wine is made from a blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, grown on a sunny hill at an altitude of 850m on the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake.

Instead of making rosé as a by-product of red wine (the saignée method), we use the direct pressing method, which uses whole black grapes to make rosé.

With its fruity aroma, smooth mouthfeel, and beautiful salmon pink color, it will brighten up any table.

(No supplementary sugar, no filtration, wild yeast)
