Over the past few years, due to the impact of the new coronavirus, there have been various difficulties in many areas.
In our sphere, there was significant damage to our restaurant customers, and along with that, a decrease in sales for various wineries, an inability to export, production adjustments at wineries, and consequently, price-cutting and sudden cancellations for our contract farmers, and so on.

However, throughout history, what are generally called tragedies, whether natural or man-made, inevitably occur to some extent.
We were born as human beings on this earth.
Humans are but one tiny species among the life forms on Earth.

Amidst the ever-changing workings of this planet, we are bewildered by these changes, and feel joy, anger, sorrow, and pleasure, simply because we were born as humans, the only life form with the intrinsic nature of desire.
That is not to say that we should be pessimistic or belittle humanity; rather, precisely because we are a unique life form, I believe there are things we can do for the workings of this Earth.

Even if man-made or natural disasters were to occur, how we perceive them can determine whether we experience happiness or misfortune.
In the case of this incident, it was an encounter with new farmers.
Indeed, we met farmers in Kaminoyama City who wholeheartedly and lovingly grow grapes. If this hadn't happened, we might never have met them.
And so, we gained new wonderful仲間 (companions), and the wine became something that everyone could enjoy.
With such a story, we made the wine called POS.

Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine by renovating a former school gymnasium in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they focus not on superficial impact but on a pure expression of the wine's intrinsic goodness that, while not overtly flashy, reveals itself with each taste. They produce natural wines without added sugar, added acid, or sulfites, and are unfiltered.
