The following message was requested from my friend, the world-renowned artist Sawako Hiraki, last year, and thus the POS wine was born.
Actually, at that time, there was another design proposal.
After much deliberation, we decided on the blue POS design, but I couldn't give up on this other design and concept, so we decided to call the red design the "Red POS."
『 Positive thoughts 』
In any era, what are generally called tragedies, whether natural disasters or man-made disasters, occur to some extent. We are born as human beings on this Earth.
Humans are just one tiny species among the life forms on Earth.
Amidst the ever-changing cycles of this Earth each year, the confusion, joy, anger, and sorrow we feel in response to these changes are merely because we are born human, the only life form with the intrinsic nature of desire.
However, this is not to be pessimistic or self-deprecating about humans; precisely because we are a unique life form, I believe there is something we can do for the workings of this Earth.
Even if man-made or natural disasters occur, with a change in perspective, one can turn misfortune into happiness.
I believe that all luck is something we attract ourselves, and by constantly maintaining a positive attitude,
and accumulating a rich and enjoyable life, we can attract many good fortunes.
The opposite is also true. As we live, various difficulties and trials await us, and by overcoming them, a new future awaits.
If everyone is given the same limited time in this one life, wouldn't we want to live it joyfully, no matter how difficult things get?
Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine in Miyagi Prefecture, having renovated a former school gymnasium.
Aiming to "remain a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," they strive for a wine that, rather than strong superficial impact, conveys its pure essence with each sip, though never flashy. They produce natural wines without added sugar, acid, or sulfites, and without filtration.
