We asked our friend, the world-renowned artist Sawako Hiraki, to create the following message last year, and from it, the POS wine was born.
Actually, at that time, there was another design proposal.
After much deliberation, we decided on the blue design for POS, but we couldn't give up on this other design and concept, so we decided to call the red design, colloquially, "Red POS."

"Positive thoughts"
In any era, what are generally called tragedies, whether natural or man-made, occur to some extent. We were born as human beings on this Earth.
Humans are just one tiny species among all the living things on Earth.
In the rapidly changing cycle of this Earth year after year, we feel confused, joyful, angry, and sad about these changes simply because we were born human, the only living beings with the inherent nature of desire.

That said, it's not about being pessimistic or disparaging humans; rather, precisely because we are unique living beings, I believe there are things we can do for the cycle of this Earth.
Even if man-made or natural disasters occur, with a change of perspective, one can be either unhappy or happy.
I believe that all luck is something we attract ourselves, and by always maintaining a positive attitude,
and by accumulating a rich and enjoyable life, we can attract much good fortune.
The opposite is also true. As we live, various difficulties and trials await us, and by overcoming them, a new future awaits.
If we are all equally given the same limited time in this one life, then we want to live joyfully, no matter how painful things may be.

Fattoria AL FIORE produces wine by renovating a former school gymnasium in Miyagi Prefecture.
Aiming to "continue to be a wine that expresses the grapes as they are," and pursuing a wine that, rather than strong superficial impact, conveys the pure goodness of its essence without being flashy as you taste it, they produce natural wines without added sugar, added acid, or sulfur dioxide, and without filtration.
