Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, etc. grown on our own farm without the use of herbicides or chemical fertilizers are made in small batches using direct compression and saignée methods, and then fermented and stored in French oak barrels. *The variety composition may change depending on the vintage.

Low-yield, single-vineyard rosés are rare worldwide, expressing the complexity of the variety and the flavor of the land.

It has a rich aroma of fruits such as blood orange, lingonberry, and cherry, as well as floral aromas of thyme and rosemary.

When you put it in your mouth, the taste of exotic spices spreads and is complex.
Despite its sophistication, the concentrated flavor of the low-yield cultivation is evident as a framework, and the acidity unique to the cool region tightens the flavor.
