The two unique characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon and Muscat Bailey A grown in Hosaka-cho, Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture - their strength and softness - are harmonised through aging in French oak barrels, resulting in a red wine with a well-balanced taste and a subtle oak aroma.

The Hosaka district of Nirasaki City, Yamanashi Prefecture, is located at the foot of the vast Kayagatake mountain range, which rises from the northwest corner of the triangular Kofu Basin, and is a representative wine-growing grape-producing region in the prefecture. The southwestern slope of the mountain range, at an altitude of 400 to 700 meters, is in a cool climate zone with long hours of sunshine and little rain, and the grapes grown in this natural environment, with the wind blowing along the foot of the mountain and the slightly viscous soil, have a "high concentration" and "strong" flavor.
