A dry, full-bodied rosé wine based on Cabernet Sauvignon

Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the cool climate of Akeno-cho, Hokuto City, Yamanashi Prefecture, are saignée-ed and aged for two months in oak barrels.

The fresh, sweet and sour aroma of cherry and raspberry, the fruity notes of cassis, the crisp acidity, and the subtle hint of oak give it a splendid impression.

Midaigawa Winery is a new winery established by Miyairi Valve, a comprehensive manufacturer that produces valves for LP gas cylinders, utilizing the industrial technology it has cultivated over many years.
Utilizing the industrial technology it has cultivated over many years, the winery uses its own developed brewing equipment to carefully ferment Koshu and Marselan grapes grown in stony, well-drained soil.
It is a new Yamanashi wine that combines technology and nature.
