[Sanyo Jozo Kubodaira 2021]

The latest rosé from Kubodaira wine, made using only grapes from the winery's location,
with an emphasis on expressing regional characteristics.

This rosé wine is made primarily from Muscat Bailey A grapes grown in the Kubodaira area of Yamanashi Prefecture, where the winery is located, blended with black and white European grape varieties such as Armonoir, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Sangiovese.

The 2021 vintage was simply made in stainless steel tanks without sulfites, aiming for a clean and gentle style.
It is a sophisticated dry rosé wine with a clear berry flavor and a pleasant bitter finish.

No added antioxidants (sulfites).
