This is a standard cuvée made with carefully prepared Muscat Bailey A grapes, grown specifically for winemaking under the guidance of Team KIZVIN's Hitoshi Ikegawa .
After cold soaking, the wine is fermented and aged for 17 months in French and American oak barrels.
After opening, the aroma of red fruits appears after a short time, and the oak is not too prominent, with a youthful acidity and rich fruitiness such as dark cherries and strawberries on the mouth.
This red wine has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink.
Drinking temperature: 15℃ to 18℃
