This is a limited edition sake released once a year with only 300 bottles (1800ml equivalent), focusing on yellowtail, a popular fish with red and white flesh and known for its auspicious status as it changes its name as it grows.

Winter yellowtail from Himi City, where Takazawa Sake Brewery is located, is highly prized by chefs and is famous throughout the country as a winter delicacy.

To complement the fatty winter yellowtail, we use Oyama Nishiki sake from Toyama Prefecture, which is full of flavor even when newly brewed.
This is a dry sake that combines the freshness of new sake with the umami and acidity of rice in a well-balanced way.
