・Origin of sake name "Garyubai"
"Goryu" means a dragon that is hidden in the ground, and it is an analogy of Zhuge Liang, a hero who hid in the private sector without a chance to develop his ambition. At a Zen temple near Sanwa Sake Brewery, there is a ``Garyuubai'' planted by Tokugawa Ieyasu, and Ieyasu, who would later become the ruler of the world, also had a period of ``Garyuu.'' Learning from the legend of Garyu, it was named "Garyuubai" in the hope that it would eventually be praised as the best sake in the world.
