[Keitsuki Very dry Special Junmai Autumn Rise】

A very dry autumn wine that goes well with fish dishes.

This special Junmai sake is made using 100 % rice grown in the Tosa Reihoku region and has a refreshingly dry taste ( sake meter value +11 ) .

When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the mellow flavor that comes from aging over the summer, followed by a spiciness. Rather than being harsh, it has a refined and soft flavor with a crisp, very dry autumn taste.
It goes well with fish dishes such as seared bonito, sashimi, and simmered fish.

About Tosa Sake Brewery
Since our founding in 1877 in the Tosa Reihoku region, a mountainous area in the north of Kochi Prefecture , we have striven to brew high-quality sake in the abundant water and clear air of the area. Tosa Town, Tosa District, Kochi Prefecture, where our brewery is located, is surrounded by a tranquil natural environment on the shores of Lake Sameura, known as the water jar of Shikoku, and the source of the Yoshino River that flows through the center of Shikoku. All of our sake rice is grown in terraced fields in the mountains of the Tosa Reihoku region, where our brewery is based, and we strive to brew small-batch, handmade sake that will please our drinkers.
