This is a summer-only dry sake that was thoroughly conceived as a "sake that goes well with food."
While there are many sweet, sour and juicy sakes, this one asks why the classic Shizuoka Ginjo, which has a low acidity and a high degree of sake, exists.
Modest aroma, gentle acidity, smooth taste and sharpness in the mouth.
Rather than being sharp and spicy, it's a dry type that doesn't feel too sweet.
It seems to be a sake made with the first consideration of compatibility with meals, so it doesn't stand out as a sake, but I think this is the kind of sake that you need when you enjoy a meal!
