Takeyu's hugely popular "I Love You" series has previously released three items using Yamadanishiki rice: Directly drawn, Pasteurized, and Origarami. This year, however, each item has been renewed to use different rice depending on the season.
This is the fourth installment, and it is a pasteurized type made with Gin no Sato.

The aroma is dominated by green banana and lychee, with other hints of melon and white grapes.
Although the gassy taste is modest, the acidity that spreads the moment you put it in your mouth highlights its juiciness, and the umami flavor of apple honey and Japanese pear spreads before disappearing along with the acidity.

It has the calmness of a fire-fired sake and the cohesiveness that is unique to Takeyu.
