This is a low-alcohol raw sake with an alcohol content of 13 % that makes use of the sweetness of Aizan grapes .

It has a clean mouthfeel and the main body is the juicy, light sweetness that is typical of Aizan, which is made with kimoto yeast.
The power of Aizan sake rice has been beautifully incorporated into this low-alcohol sake!
