Mellow, soft and gentle hiyaoroshi
This hiyaoroshi is made entirely from Bizen Omachi produced in Okayama Prefecture.
It starts with a mellow melon-like scent and shifts to a banana-like scent over time.
When you put it in your mouth, you can feel the sweetness, but it also has a moderate sharpness.
The Scent and taste are beautifully set up over the summer.
