Ugo no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Senbon Nishiki Hiyaoroshi 720ml/1800ml
[Ugo no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Sake, Senbonnishiki, Hiyaoroshi]
Popular high-quality hiyaoroshi brand
This is a chilled sake brewed using "Senbon Nishiki", a rice variety suitable for sake brewing that Hiroshima Prefecture is proud of, and aged over the summer.
It has a sweet aroma reminiscent of grapes, typical of Tsuki after the Rain, and a slightly sweet taste.
The soft, deep flavor that comes from aging enhances your meal even more.
We also recommend comparing it with the simultaneously released "Amago no Tsuki Junmai Daiginjo Hattan Hiyaoroshi" !

・Founding and history
Founded in 1875, the brewery produced 1,700 koku of rice in 1895, making it one of the top three sake breweries in the prefecture. Although the brewery temporarily closed due to the war, it continued to focus on sake brewing.
A major change occurred in 1988 when Junichiro Aihara became president.
Wanting to make delicious sake that he himself would drink, he puts "quality first" first and has transformed into a ginjo brewery.
・Origin of "The Moon After the Rain"
The brewery's signature sake, "Ugo no Tsuki" (Moon After the Rain), was named by the second-generation owner, Aihara Itaru, after the title of a short story in an essay, "Nature and Life," published in 1900 by novelist Tokutomi Roka.
"In the sky after the rain, the moon shines brightly, shining brightly all around." This is the name that the brewers always aim for, as they want to brew a clear and beautiful sake like that.
