[LIBROM Sweet and Cinnamon]

Craft sake is recommended as a dessert drink that can be enjoyed on its own.

The secondary ingredient, Amaou, is a strawberry carefully grown at Uruu Farm in Kurume City, Fukuoka Prefecture.
Uruu Farm has been certified as a specially cultivated farm with a certification rate of 1% (known as eco-agricultural products in Fukuoka Prefecture), and is committed to traditional land cultivation methods, cultivating safe, tasting, and high-quality strawberries.
This time, we are using fresh, fully ripe Amaou strawberries picked that morning and frozen on the same day.

The other secondary ingredient, cinnamon, is sourced from Izumiya Rokuji in Itoshima, a famous tourist destination in Fukuoka.
There are documents that state that cinnamon has been cultivated in Itoshima since the Nara period.
At Izumiya Rokuji, we handle everything from growing crops to commercializing them, with the desire to help people become beautiful from the inside out and to convey the charm of Itoshima's land and history.

The aroma and sweet-sour taste of Amaou strawberries ties the whole thing together, giving it a strong flavor reminiscent of strawberry jam, followed by a faint sweet aroma of cinnamon.
It can be enjoyed on its own, but is also recommended as an aperitif or dessert drink after a meal.
It goes great with not-too-sweet sweets and prosciutto.

It is especially recommended to drink it chilled, but the cinnamon aroma will become more pronounced when it comes closer to room temperature.

If you drink it with rice wine, you can feel the taste of the secondary ingredients even more.
Also, the flavor of the secondary ingredients tends to come out more clearly 2-3 days after opening than when you first open it!
After about a month, secondary fermentation will occur in the bottle and a slight amount of carbonation will be produced, which may erupt when opening the bottle, so please be careful.
