[Tanizakura Daiginjo]
This is a masterpiece that Tanizakura is proud of.
This Daiginjo is brewed by polishing Yamada Nishiki from Hyogo Prefecture to 35% .
It is characterized by a fruity aroma and a refreshing taste.
We recommend drinking cold sake at around 5 to 15 degrees Celsius , but it can also be enjoyed warm.
・From Tanizakura Sake Brewery official website
The taste of sake is said to be rice, the aroma is yeast, and the texture is watery.
At Tanizakura, we process all of the rice we use for sake brewing in-house, starting from polishing the brown rice. After that, about 40% (on average) of each grain is shaved off to remove the part that gives off the flavor of the sake. In addition, underground water from the highland springs at the southern foot of Mt. Yatsugatake gushes into the deep well. The sake of Tanizakura is created by combining the rich natural products with the skills of brewers.
