The juice is made from Koshu grapes from Katsunuma Town, Enoyama, Yamanashi City, and Koshu City, and is carefully aged in large barrels for half a year at the maceration carbonic.

A cloudy golden yellow.
There are many fruity elements such as mandarin, pear, lychee, and melon, and over time, the scent of lavender, hay, and yogurt develops.
It has a slightly oily texture, but the texture feels a little dry.
Strong hints of cinnamon, Amakusa, and hazelnuts, with a lingering aftertaste of green grass and yogurt. The expression changes depending on the time and the place you feel.

Serve the curry with naan, and the wine will make the curry look richer with the yogurt and fresh cream.
Foods with an earthy aroma, such as stir-fried mushrooms, also pair well.
For curry, we recommend a narrow glass, and for a heavy, earthy flavor, we recommend a cup with an emphasis on fruit.
