This is an extremely limited wine, a collaboration between Yamanashi Prefecture's popular brewery "Far Yeast Brewing" and "Iwasaki Jozo," an established winery that won the highest gold prize in the Koshu category of the Japan Wine Competition.

"Far Yeast Brewing" is a popular brewery in Yamanashi that challenges new possibilities in craft beer, such as aging beer in wooden barrels.
This collaboration project involves aging wine from Iwasaki Jozo, also an established winery in Yamanashi Prefecture, in the same wooden barrels that "Far Yeast Brewing" uses to age its beer!

This bottle is highly recommended for craft beer lovers, as well as wine enthusiasts.

Saddle leather, brioche, forest undergrowth, dried berries, smoky aroma.
It features creamy bubbles and smooth, velvety tannins.
The finish offers blueberry notes and beautiful acidity.
