Brewed with 100% Delaware grown without pesticides (Bordeaux, sulfur compound) at Matsuzawa farm in Nanyo city.
This Delaware is covered with plastic in the spring and grown in the wind of Nanyo City.
After destemming and crushing, the grapes are naturally fermented without being stripped, and after fermentation is complete, secondary fermentation takes place in the bottle.

With 11% alcohol, you can enjoy a “slightly sparkling wine” with a honey-like texture and a popping foam.
In particular, the 2022 production has a slightly more colored sweet and sour balance than Blue Delaware.

Of course, you can enjoy it as a still wine even if the foam is less.
