Aromatic and crisp dry white wine

Only Koshu grapes grown in the Kyoto region in the northeastern part of the Kofu Basin are used.
After fermentation, the wine is brewed using the sur lie method, in which the wine is aged in tanks without being stripped of the lees.

It has a rich aroma and a sharp, dry taste.

The Fuji Clair series is a wine series that makes use of the bounty of the majestic Mt. Fuji and the rich terroir of Yamanashi.
We aim to make the most of the grapes' individuality and add depth and flavor to create a wine that pairs well with Japanese food.
