The wine uses a new black grape variety called "Hokuto no Shizuku," which is a cross between the mountain grape variety "Gyoja no Mizu" and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Exploring the potential of the new variety "Hokuto no Shizuku," we have created a dry sparkling wine.
In addition to the beautiful acidity that is unique to this cool-growing region, it has a mellow, rich taste that comes from the variety.
You can enjoy the aromas of rose, black currant and wild strawberry, as well as the toasty aroma and delicate bubbles resulting from the secondary fermentation in the bottle.
