[Kanda Vineyard UNITE White 2023]

Gentle, light attack and fruity aftertaste

Until the previous vintage, this wine was brewed using 100% Riesling Lion, but this season there was little Riesling Lion in stock, so Mullerthurga was the main ingredient.
The wine is finished with a well-balanced blend of Riesling Lion and Sauvignon Blanc from our own vineyards.

The color is shiny lemon yellow.
Strong aroma of green apples, white flowers, stone fruits and ester scent.
The taste is gentle and light on the attack, with a fruity aftertaste, bitterness and acidity, and a slight seaweed flavor in the aftertaste.

It's light and delicate and pairs well with raw seafood.

Very little sugar added, no added acid. Clarifying agent used, filtered.

Kanda Vineyard is a historic winery founded in 1903. They carefully brew their own grapes, taking advantage of the Sanriku climate, to produce wine with a natural flavor.
The wine is made using a production method that minimizes the use of antioxidants and is also committed to traditional barrel aging, resulting in a finish that respects the original characteristics of the grapes.
Kanda Vineyard has overcome the earthquake and continues to take on new challenges, and their wines are filled with the bounty of the land and the passion of the makers.
